Martin
Martin “MOFO” Morford, drummer for the Colorado based band The Reason You Came, bringing infectious energy to the Colorado music scene. Martin retired as a Registered Nurse and moved from California to Colorado Springs. This move allowed him to be close to his daughter and grandkids. Martin is happily married to his wife Teresa of 37 years.
Martin was the founding member and drummer for San Diego based cover band “Miss Demeanor” and has been performing rock, blues, country and R & B music all over San Diego County. Martin’s love for music began at an early age when he received his first drum set at the age of 4.
At age 9 Martin was given a set of bongo drums and played along with popular songs on the radio. Martin stopped playing music as a teenager to pursue sports. It was not until a friend encouraged 29-year-old Martin to play drums at a local church, that he returned to playing music. This event set a fire in Martin’s heart for playing drums. Martin has been playing drums for 28 + years and was the featured drummer for Pine Valley based “The Guilty Mile Band”. Martin’s playing is influenced by Steve Smith of Journey, John Bonham of Led Zeppelin, Phil Rudd of AC/DC, and Tommy Lee of Motley Crue.

Brian
Brian is a 20 plus year veteran of the Denver area music scene. Born in Houston, Texas, he moved to Denver in the mid-eighties where he started to come into his own as a musician. Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree in music with a double emphasis in Music Business and Music Engineering from the University of Colorado at Denver. Brian has hundreds of performances under his belt with multiple groups over the years as a lead guitar player, lead vocalist or both. We are thrilled to have him playing bass guitar for us. In addition to performing, he has also worked as a Booking Agent, Talent Coordinator and Live Sound Engineer.
